A thin film transistor substrate includes a display region which includes multiple pixels which are connected to gate lines and data lines which intersect with each other and are insulated from each other, a gate driving part which is connected to the gate lines, multiple data pad parts which are connected to the data lines, multiple dummy pattern parts which are formed on the same layer as the gate lines, and a non-display region in which the gate driving part, the data pad parts, and the dummy pattern parts are arranged. The dummy pattern parts are disposed in the non-display region where the gate driving part is not arranged. One among the dummy pattern parts is overlapped with the data pad parts.
