The present invention relates to a machine room of a refrigerator. The machine room of a refrigerator according to the present invention includes a defrosted water tray collecting defrosted water; a condenser which is installed on the upper side of the defrosted water tray; a ventilation fan which is installed on a side of the condenser to generate air flows; and a guide unit guiding the flow of the air supplied from the ventilation fan. The ventilation fan is arranged on the upper side of the defrosted water tray, and the guide unit is arranged between the condenser and the ventilation fan. Accordingly, the machine room can block the flowing air being supplied from the ventilation fan from moving to the defrosted water tray.
