<p>The present utility model discloses a compact biodiesel brewer for practical and convenient system to produce biodiesel with vegetable oil, animal oil or a combination of both. The apparatus comprises a support frame, a washing tank on top of said support frame, a mixing tank arranged on top of said washing tank, and a chemical blending tank arranged on top or at the upper portion of said mixing tank. The tanks are made of U.V. stabilized translucent virgin polyethylene containers molded seamlessly as a modular unit to fit as one compact component. This allows the brewer to utilize a limited space for the production of biodiesel and its by-products. Chemical dosing and mixing are accurately measured and safely dispensed with graduation measurements that can be embossed at the body of the plastic containers. The brewer is equipped with a motorized mixer, bubble aerator and plastic valves. This results to better and consistent biodiesel quality for use in all types of diesel engines, ovens and burners.</p> |
