The present invention relates to a damper manufacturing method. The damper manufacturing method includes a cutting step of cutting a metallic tube (100) at a constant length; a cap unit forming step of forming upper and lower cap units (11, 12) on both sides of the cut tube; and an assembling step of fixing the upper cap unit (11) and an inner bush (20) not to move by inserting the bush (20) inside the upper cap unit (11) and penetrating and joining the other end of a piston rod (35), which is joined to a washer (74), a piston (30), and a first coil spring (41) to a hole of the bush (20). Furthermore, a washer (72) is installed on the piston rod (35) inside the tube, and a separate second coil spring (42) is additionally installed between the washer (72) and the bush (20). The present invention obtains remarkable effects of obtaining a constant damping force and improving durability by manufacturing the damper tube of a metallic material.
