A radio frequency (RF) transmission circuit includes an antenna connection terminal, a plurality of amplifiers which are connected in parallel to the antenna connection terminal, a plurality of drivers which drive the amplifiers, and a control circuit which controls operation of each of the drivers based on feature information to show the feature of an RF signal to be transmitted through the antenna connection terminal.
