The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film which controls the use of two or more kinds of radical polymerizable substances with different number of reactors in a molecule to have low perviousness and hygroscopic degree and have high long-term reliability. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film which has high long-term reliability by using radical polymerizable substances comprising substances with one or two (meth)acrylate reactor in a molecule and substances with three or more (meth)acrylate reactors in a molecule.
