The present invention relates to a dye sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a dye sensitized solar cell to improve a dye adsorption rate by increasing a specific surface area of a semiconductor oxide, to improve a open circuit voltage with excellent electron mobility, and to satisfy excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency by preventing electron-hole recombination.
