The present invention provides a high efficiency sterilization and deodorization performance by effectively combining sterilization structure by direct ultraviolet rays and sterilization and deodorization structure by photocatalyst, and relates to a portable apparatus easily attached and detached to the application products to sterilize and deodorize, comprising a suction inlet and a discharge outlet; a case equipped with a discharge outlet for ultraviolet rays; a filter coated with photocatalyst and installed in the case; a first ultraviolet light emitting diode module installed in the case and irradates ultraviolet of a first wavelength to the filter to activate the photocatalyst; and a second ultraviolet light emitting diode module installed in the case irradiating ultraviolet of a second wavelength to the external circulating air through the discharging outlet.
