The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device and a display device including the same. The organic light emitting device includes a substrate, first electrodes, second electrodes, and an organic light emitting layer. The substrate includes a first sub pixel region, a second sub pixel region, and a third sub pixel region. The first electrodes are formed on the first sub pixel region, the second sub pixel region, and the third sub pixel region. The second electrodes face the first electrodes. The organic light emitting layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic light emitting layer formed on a first light emitting region of the first sub pixel region is a phosphorous light emitting layer. The organic light emitting layer formed on a second light emitting region of the first sub pixel region is a fluorescent light emitting layer.
