The device (1) has an enclosure (2) comprising a housing (21) that is intended to receive a test-tube (9) and a fluid inlet (22) that is provided for intake of hot fluid under pressure or rare gas. An actuator (3) is arranged to exert a force on the test-tube. A hydraulic system (4) is arranged in fluid communication with the enclosure and the actuator for controlling pressure of the actuator, where force exerted on the test-tube is larger than the pressure. A set of control valves (42, 44) i.e. solenoid valves, is arranged on the hydraulic system.
