A micro-fluidic system for analysis of nucleic acid comprises: a reagent feeding apparatus having a sample chamber into which a sample (an object to be examined) is injected, multiple reagent chambers into which a reagent for extracting nucleic acid from the sample is injected, and a waste chamber into which the used reagent is discarded; a binding-lysis chamber capturing cells from the sample and crushing the cells which have been captured to form a cell lysate containing nucleic acid; multiple rehydration chambers into which the cell lysate formed in the binding-lysis chamber is distributed and flows to form an amplification mixture; multiple amplification chambers performing a nucleic acid amplification process for the amplification mixture which flows in from the multiple rehydration chambers; and a flow passage system having an outlet and multiple inlets which connect with the reagent feeding apparatus and forming integrated fluid flow among the binding-lysis chamber, the multiple rehydration chambers, and the multiple amplification chambers.
