The device has a mattress (A) including a pillow (B), a chest modeling unit (C) and a size shaping unit (D) that are placed on the mattress. The modeling unit includes a basic body (1) on which sunken parts, malaxation parts, massage parts and one set of heating parts are arranged. The shaping unit includes a flattened body (2) on which vibrating parts (22) and another set of heating parts (21) are placed, where a user is lengthen on the mattress by facing to the bottom with the chest placed in the sunken parts and insertion bands (27) engaged around the size.
