The device has an assembly (6) provided with a book cover and a cushion. The book cover includes rubber bands for holding a book, a Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener) (2) for clinging to the cushion, and a page mark made of fabric. The cushion is provided with microphone balls, and in shape of a rugby ball to pointed angles (5). The Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener) is stuck with another Velcro (RTM: Hook and loop fastener), so that the assembly does not form as one, and is modeled according to a form required by the reader who releases the hands on the book.
