The present invention relates to a wireless communications system, and more specifically, to a method and a device for transmission and reception of neighbor network information. The method to provide neighbor network information to a second station by a first station according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a stage where a frame for the neighbor network information request is received from the second station; and a stage where the frame for the neighbor network information request is transmitted to the second station. The frame for the neighbor network information request includes one or more of the followings: the address of the second station; the information on estimated transmit power of the second station; and the information on the position of the second station.
