<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a garbage bag using high density polyethylene. The apparatus for manufacturing a garbage bag using high density polyethylene comprises: a first storage tank (10) in which high density polyethylene is stored; a second storage tank (20) in which a mixture of one or two selected from a thermoplastic waste resin and thermoplastic starch is stored; a third storage tank (30) in which high density polyethylene is stored; an extruder (40); a guide device (50); a rolling device (60) which flattens a first half-finished product (1) to form a second half-finished product (2); a surface treatment device (70) which performs a surface treatment on the surface of a second half-finished product (2); a printing apparatus (80) which prints on the surface of the second half-finished product (2); a control device (90) which controls operation of a constant amount supplying device (45), a motor (54b), and cylinder devices (64,72).</p> |
