The present invention relates to a vehicle headrest assembly. The vehicle headrest assembly includes a headrest (10) which is a head support of a vehicle seat (40); a headrest stay (20) fixed to the lower side of the headrest (10); and a headrest guide (30) which is formed on the seat (40) to receive and fix the headrest stay (20). The headrest guide (30) has an inner polygon-shaped hole. The present invention enables an outer diameter of the circular metal headrest stay and the inner diameter of the polygon-shaped plastic headrest guide to be in contact on a plane-basis when the headrest stay in the shape of a metal pipe and the injection-molded plastic headrest guide are assembled, thereby minimizing noise due to the vibration of an engine or the operation of a vehicle. |
