A food waste compressor which puts enough compressive force and is simply operated based on inexpensive cost is presented. The food waste compressor comprises: a pinion; a rack; and a container. The pinion is operated by a lever and comprises a saw-toothed thread on one side. The rack is pole shaped, and comprises a saw-toothed thread which fits with the thread of the pinion, and moves in a straight line by the rotation of the pinion. The container is either combined with or detached from the end of the rack and contains food waste. |
