The present invention provides a vehicle wheel manufacturing system which is characterized by including a casting unit casting a vehicle wheel by melting ingot; a transferring unit transferring the casted vehicle wheel; a marking unit which loads or unloads the vehicle wheel with a transferring robot and then marks characters on the vehicle wheel with a laser; a testing unit testing the inner or outer surface of the marked vehicle wheel; and a cutting unit cutting a portion between a spoke and an adjoining spoke of the vehicle wheel. Furthermore, the present invention provides a vehicle wheel manufacturing method which is characterized by including a casting step which casts the vehicle wheel with the casting unit by melting ingot; a marking step which loads or unloads the vehicle wheel to or from the transferring unit using the transferring unit and then marks characters on the vehicle wheel with the laser; a testing step which tests the inner or outer surface of the vehicle wheel with the testing unit; and a cutting step which cuts the portion between the spoke and the adjoining spoke of the vehicle wheel after the testing step. |
