PURPOSE: An SSD(Solid State Disk) is provided to enable a user to easily use a power cable and a data line by transceiving the data. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power supply unit(1300) wirelessly receives power and supplies power to memory semiconductor chips(1600). An optical signal part(1400) receives data using optical signal and transmitting data which is extracted from the semiconductor chip. A case surrounds a substrate, a semiconductor chip, a wireless power supply unit, and an optical signal part. The optical signal part comprises light emitting unit which transmits the optical signal to the external device and light receiving units which receives the optical signal from the external device. |
