The present invention relates to a biodegradable semi-permeable membrane for producing biodiesel and a method for manufacturing the same to design a biodegradable photo-biologic reactor permeable membrane that is appropriate for sea culturing and develop a light-permeable/salt-permeable semi-permeable membrane for culturing microalgae. Provided are a biodegradable semi-permeable membrane for producing biodiesel and a method for manufacturing the same to produce a biodegradable semi-permeable membrane that has the salt permeability of anions that are essential for the growth of microalgae which is the most important factor, light permeability for effectively transferring light, and tensile strength that prevents the membrane from being easily damaged by algae in the sea. According to another appropriate embodiment, the present invention comprises the steps of producing the polymer of cellulose triacetate and chitosan in a solvent; removing micro-bubbles existing in the polymer and stabilizing the polymer at room temperature; and producing a biodegradable semi-permeable membrane by using a doctor blade that is performed on the polymer. |
