The present invention relates to a free rotary unit for preventing twisting of a pneumatic pipe, and the free rotary unit includes a body having stepped protrusions formed on the interiors of both ends thereof to mount bearings thereonto and a pair of air supply holes located on the outer periphery thereof at different positions from each other; the bearings mounted on both ends of the body; and a shaft supported by the bearings and having a pair of round grooves formed on the inner periphery to communicate with the air supply holes, air introduction pipes formed vertically to communicate with the round grooves, and′L′-shaped air exhaust pipes formed on the center of the interior thereof to communicate with the air introduction pipes and to discharge air to a head of the shaft. According to the present invention, the pipes are disposed inside the body of the unit and the shaft, and through the pipes, the air is transmitted, thus preventing the pneumatic pipe from twisting through relatively simple structure and removing the malfunctions of the device caused by the twisting. Further, the unit can be rotated 360°, thus achieving the improvement of the working efficiency, the shortage of the production line, the improvement of part precision, and the extension of service life. |
