The present invention relates to a stylus pen for a portable terminal with a touch screen. The stylus pen is used for signal input of the portable terminal comprising an NFC antenna and the touch screen. An NFC tag which transmits tag information to the NFC antenna is installed on the body of the stylus pen. According to the present invention, an NFC tag is included on the stylus pen used for the signal input of the portable terminal comprising the NFC antenna and the touch screen, thereby simply changing a display mode of the touch screen into an LCD ON mode or an LCD OFF mode without a separate key button according to the access between the stylus pen and the portable terminal.
