摘要 Disclosed is a method to form a composite micropowder comprising the steps of forming polysiloxane by mixing: 100 parts by weight of a fluorine-contained polymer, 10-140 parts by weight of silane, a catalyst, and water to make the silane in situ polymerized with the fluorine-contained polymer; and making the fluorine-contained polymer and polysiloxane to form a composite. A composite is dried then physically crushed to form a composite micropowder. The weight ratio of the total weight of the fluorine-contained polymer, silane, and the catalyst is 100:1-100:0.0001. The molar ratio of the silane and water is 1:0.5-1:3. The diameter of the composite micropowder is 0.1-15 um. The weight ratio of the fluorine-contained polymer and the polysiloxane is 95:5-60:40 in the composite micropowder.
