The present invention relates to a fixating member for fixating a billboard for a streetlamp which enables a pedestrian to look at a billboard by limiting the left and right rotation in a predetermined range of angles visible to the pedestrian even when the billboard is rotated by external force such as wind. The fixating member for fixating a billboard for a streetlamp includes an auxiliary column (100) having a joint hole (110) having a thread (111) for joining a column coupling member (300) onto one side of a streetlamp column; the column coupling member (300) for joining a billboard, while being fixated to the auxiliary column (100); and a billboard coupling member (500) joined to the column coupling member (300) to be rotated in a predetermined angle, while having the billboard joined to the top side. |
