<p>The present invention relates to an alarm clock to make an alarm go off through a speaker at time which a user sets and, more particularly, to a desktop alarm clock, enabling the user to easily confirm a schedule or a reason for the alarm at the time which the user sets by a memo. For this, in the present invention, disclosed is the desktop alarm clock which includes a memo board to set alarm time, a body which includes a slot to fix the memo board on an upper side thereof and a front surface to display the time to set the alarm, an alarm setting sensing unit which is formed in the slot and senses a contact position by contact with the end of the memo board fixed to the slot, a control unit which maps the alarm time on the position of the alarm setting sensing unit and sets the alarm time according to the position sensed by the alarm setting sensing unit, a timer which calculates the alarm time by counting the time, a current time display unit which displays the current time, and a sound outputting unit which outputs an audible signal at the set alarm time.</p> |
