The pressurization gas is generated by heating a precursor liquid (L) within a container (6), where the liquid has saturating steam pressure greater than that of the agent under temperature conditions reigning within the container. Internal volume (Vi) of the container is separated into first volume (V1) and second volume (V2) by the element in a sealed manner, where the element is a flexible diaphragm, a piston or bellows. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for delivering liquid or gelified agent from a container. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for delivering liquid or gelified agent i.e. hydrazine, from a container to an extinguisher or propeller (all claimed) i.e. rocket engine that is used for orbiting or de-orbiting satellite or a space probe.
