Internal volume (Vi) of the container is separated into first volume (V1) and second volume (V2) by the element in a sealed manner, where the element is a flexible diaphragm, a piston or bellows. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for delivering liquid or gelified agent from a container. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Method for delivering liquid or gelified agent i.e. hydrazine, from a container to an extinguisher or propeller (all claimed) i.e. rocket engine that is used for orbiting or de-orbiting satellite or a space probe.
