The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyester fiber having wear resistance, comprising (S1) a step of forming an undrawn fiber having a monofilament fitness of 90 to 300 deniers by melt-spinning a polyester resin through a spinneret and cooling the polyester resin at 10 to 20°C and at a wind speed of 0.8 to 1.5 m/sec; (S2) a step of supplying and attaching a radiation emulsion to the undrawn fiber; (S3) a step of forming a drawn fiber by drawing the undrawn fiber to which the oil is applied; and (S4) a step of preparing a polyester fiber having a monofilament fitness of 15 to 50 deniers by winding the undrawn fiber.
