The present invention relates to a method for providing inspection results based on an electronic medical record (EMR), comprising the steps of displaying a plurality of inspection items in pre-set regions on an EMR screen provided through an EMR service sever and displaying a search interface for selecting a search mode on one side; and displaying search results according to the inspection items corresponding to a search mode selected through the search interface in a predetermined region, wherein when inspection results related to any one of the plurality of inspection items are requested, the inspection results are displayed in a first region adjacent to the pre-set regions or in a second region different from the first region according to a search mode of the search interface providing a service related to the inspection results.
