The present invention relates to a tension controlling device for body ply cord, which adjusts the speed of dozens of drawn body ply cords loosened from a bobbin placed on a creel stand, through the rotation speed of a driving roller. Moreover, the tension controlling device for body ply cord constantly maintains the tension of a rubber-topped body ply cord passing an extrusion die, by adjusting the pressure depth of a body ply cord passing between horizontal rollers by a pressure roller. Thus, the device for adjusting a body ply cord tension has an effect of improving uniformity of a finished tire and road driving performance by preventing a tire penetration phenomenon caused by protruding of the body ply cord of the finished tire beyond a rubber layer. |
