The present invention relates to a vertical supporter for a scaffold. Female and male connection parts (20, 22) which have hanging holes (16, 18) are formed on the upper and lower end parts of a pipe body part (12), respectively. A support piece (24) having an operating room (36) which receives the hanging hole (18) and a connection hole (28) is welded and fixed to the female connection part (22), and a hanging piece (26) having a hanging pin (42) and hanging protrusions (44, 46) is connected to the support piece (24), such that a spring (48) is elastically mounted on the hanging pin (42) penetrating the connection hole (28) of the support piece (24). In order to connect a vertical supporter (10), the hanging pin (42) of the hanging piece (26) is inserted into the hanging holes (16, 18) of the female and male connection parts (20, 22) to keep the connected state. In order to separate the vertical supporter (10) to dismantle the scaffold, the hanging piece (42) is moved backwards and hung on the hanging protrusions (44, 46) to maintain the backwardly moved state, such that the user can rapidly and easily separate the vertical supporter (10) with both hands. |
