The present invention relates to a disposable food container for containing instant food like cup noodles, comprising a main body for containing the food; a belt member wrapped around a circumference of the main body; a first handle, being a handle which a user can grip, prepared in the belt member and arranged at one end of the main body; and a second handle, being a handle which the user can grip, prepared in the belt member and arranged in the other end of the main body. The present invention enables the user to stably grip the first handle and the second handle by using both the hands in a case of being heated by containing high temperature water in the main body, thereby preventing the food cooked within the main body from being spilled or prevents the user from getting a burn by the high temperature water. |
