The present invention relates to an electronic book apparatus providing graphic patterns, voice, or character signals to a learner, comprising a book sensing unit (40) for identifying and reading code numbers and the graphic patterns corresponding to a coordinate of a studying material (A); a coordinate detection unit (10) for decoding electric signals about the coordinate location authorized by the book sensing unit (40) into coordinates of X and Y; a MICOM (20) for controlling to operate content corresponding to the decoded coordinate by the coordinate detection unit (10); a memory unit (30) for storing an operating program, which performs the operation of the MICOM (20) in the state of being in mutual connection to the MICOM (20); a conversion unit (50) for not only converting voice data authorized from the MICOM (20) in the state of being connected to the MICOM (20) into analog signals, but also encoding the voice data; and an electronic pen (B) for designating the position the learner wants by a constant charge authorized from the coordinate detection unit (10). Accordingly, the coordinate detection unit of the electronic book apparatus allows an old teaching material in addition to a new teaching material to be used in combination, thereby reducing costs for purchasing and using the studying material to provide equal access to education for learners. |
