The device has an endoscopic probe (3) including a control handle (30) coupled to an inspection tube. Pressurized liquid supply equipment has a flexible capillary tube (21). A guiding device (1) has a control handle (10) coupled to a guide tube (11) housing an inspection tube and the pipe. The tube with rigid tubular distal end (12) comprising a side opening i.e. cut-out (14), is placed opposite to a vision window and comprising an articulation coupled with a pressurized liquid ejection nozzle (4). The handle comprises a control unit to control orientation of the tube around the articulation. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning a mechanical part under endoscopic control by pressurized fluid jet.
