PURPOSE: A web-to-application coupling call system, a method thereof, and a computer-readable recording medium thereof allow a user to transmit a phone number disclosed on a web page to his/her cellphone and make a phone call without typing the number in the cellphone. CONSTITUTION: A first user device (120) receives and navigates a web page including one or more signs via a server (100). The server receive a signal indicating that a user selects a sign and transmits a push message including a certain phone number to a certain second user device (130). The second user device recognizes the phone number in the push message.
