Usually used refrigerant packs are used by filling carbon dioxide gas into the packs or inserting the packs, which are made icelike by hermetically packing and freezing water or other refrigerant materials below a freezing point, into a groove composed inside the band of a helmet, or mounting the packs on a scalp. The plane material pack for cooling a helmet according to the present invention has circumference inflation parts (5, 5′) with a long section diameter and middle inflation parts (6, 6′) with a short section diameter and inward division lines (4, 4′). The plane material pack for cooling a helmet is used by hermetically filling plane materials (7, 7′, 8, 8′) into the circumference inflation parts (5, 5′) and the middle inflation parts (6, 6′) and cooling the plane materials at freezing points of 10 to 18°C so that binding holes (3, 3′) can be composed to facilitate the folding of the plane material pack to both sides of a middle part (2). |
