The present invention relates to an advertising refund method and a system using user location information and the amount of money an advertiser spends. The method comprises the following steps of: storing user information and user advertisement recognition information transmitted from a user terminal in an advertisement recognition DB; receiving the user information stored in the advertisement recognition DB from the user terminal and storing a user visiting information in a visiting history DB if the comparison result between the location information and a predetermined location information is within the allowable limit of error; issuing points and coupons to a user stored in the visiting history DB; determining the performance index based on the information stored in the advertisement recognition DB and visiting history DB; and determining advertisement refund points based on the amount of money that the advertiser has spent and a predetermined reference performance index and the performance index determined at the previous step. According to the present invention, the advertiser can figure out the advertisement performance depending on how many visitors visited to the real place among the users who have seen the advertisement in the internet. In other words, the advertiser can confirm the advertisement performance index. Also, based on the reference performance index, the amount of refund which does not reach the reference performance index can be determined. In addition, if the reference performance index is informed to the advertiser, the bid can be determined depending on the advertisement performance, such that charging for an advertisement can be reasonably made. |
