The present invention relates to a one touch gate-ball stick using a plate spring for adjusting the length, and more particularly, to a one touch gate-ball stick using a plate spring comprising a stick unit having grooves for preventing separation along the outer periphery of the lower part; a body unit to which a face unit formed in a penetrating manner in a longitudinal direction to directly rub a game ball for gate-ball with both ends is connected, wherein the lower part of the body unit is spirally formed along the outer periphery of the lower part; and a head unit including a coupling unit with the plate spring inserted to the grooves for preventing separation by protruding to the upper part of the body unit to allow the stick unit to be detachable. The one touch gate-ball stick using the plate spring for adjusting the length of the present invention has the grooves for preventing separation formed in the stick unit in a longitudinal direction, couples the stick unit and the head unit at one touch by the plate spring formed on the head unit to fix the grooves for preventing separation, and is effective in adjusting the length.
