PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve practicality of a cushioning body.SOLUTION: A cushioning body 22 is manufactured by mixing an urethane foam raw material containing polyol, polyisocyanate, a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a catalyst and mixing an urethane gel raw material containing polyol, polyisocyanate, a plasticizer and a catalyst into the mixed urethane foam raw material during a bubbling reaction occurring at the time of the mixing. This molds an urethane gel 14 and an urethane foam 16 at the same time, and it is possible to include the urethane gel in the urethane foam with the status of being sandwiched between a skin layer 18 and a foam part 20 of the urethane foam and adhering to them. As the urethane foam and the urethane gel are molded at the same time while an urethane reaction, their adhesion is very good and a cushioning body having flexibility is obtained because the skin layer does not occur on an adhesion surface between the foam part of the urethane foam and the urethane gel. |
