An intelligent medicine box comprises a casing (10) and an internal small medicine box (20). The casing (10) comprises an upper cover (106) and a base (107); the upper cover (106) is connected with the base (107) through a hinge; the base (107) is provided with a processor module (103), at least one medicine box cabin (104), and operation buttons (105); the internal small medicine box (20) is placed inside the medicine box cabin (104); the internal small medicine box (20) comprises a box cover (201) and a box body (202); and a connection belt is connected between the box cover (201) and the box body (202). The intelligent medicine box brings convenience to medicine takers and the old who need to take medicines for different diseases at the same time. The medicine box can accurately and clearly separate different types of medicines, and has prompting and recording functions.
