The present invention relates to an amino acid salt composition using fish sauce and a manufacturing method for the same, and has a technical aspect in comprising: a step of preparing fish sauce; a step of heating the fish sauce; and a step of cooling the fish sauce and salting out a salt composition whereby animal amino acids are contained. According to this, an amino acid is contained in salt, so that an effect of an improved salt flavor is provided.
