<p>The invention applies to swimming equipment, can be used by swimmers, divers, holidaymakers and by those who love swimming. Hand fin is a lengthened plate with longitudinal fixation to the swimmer's hand. Hand fin gives an opportunity to simplify the swimming technique, eliminating the use of legs in the process thus removing idle vibration, with certain swimming technique will give chance to use two phases of hand's move with the fin. Additionally enables to modify the fin's blade angle of attack, and as there is much more mobility of the swimmer's hands will let the swimmer choose optimal rowing movements for certain tasks.
