PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrences of complication of bleeding and perforations in a dissection of a submucosal layer, and to simplify surgery to improve reliability of mucosal resection.SOLUTION: A fibrous layer resection instrument 1 includes: a puncture needle member 2 provided at a distal end portion of an elongate insertion body introduced to a distal end of an insertion portion via a channel formed along a longitudinal direction in the insertion portion of an endoscope and puncturing a mucous membrane; an incision member 3 including a plurality of flexible protruding parts 3b protruded outward in a radial direction of the puncture needle member 2 at least at intervals in a circumferential direction; and deformation means 4 contracting and expanding the protruding parts 3b of the incision member 3 in a radial direction in a fibrous layer disposed between the mucous membrane and a submucosal layer. The puncture needle member 2 is formed into a hollow and cylindrical shape that opens at a distal end and can supply a bulging liquid under the mucous membrane through a through-hole 2a in a center while puncturing the mucous membrane. |
