<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery in which the flowing out of soft components included in a candy is suppressed, and capable of enjoying advantages by the soft components and reducing a rough feeling in a mouth, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provide is a confectionery 10 comprising: a first region 20 including a dispersion system composed of a liquid dispersant and an oil-base dispersant; and a second region 30 at least partially surrounding the first region 20 and composed of the hardened body of a hard candy composition. Also provided is a method for producing a plural region confectionery comprising a procedured where a dispersion system composed of a liquid dispersant and an oil-base dispersant is located into the molten body of a hard candy composition, and thereafter, the molten body is hardened.</p> |
