<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a throughput for decoding encoded data.SOLUTION: According to the embodiment, an image processing apparatus 150 comprises: a decoder 151, a decoder 152, a selector 153, and a generator 154. The decoder 151 decodes a first encoded data to generate a first decoded image. The decoder 152 decodes second encoded data to generate a second decoded image. The selector 153 selects either the first decoded image or the second decoded image with every display timing. The generator 154 generates a display image to be displayed with a display timing when the first decoded image is selected, on the basis of the first decoded image. The second decoded image is lower in frame rate and higher in resolution than the first decoded image.</p> |
