This transparent resin film contains at least a silicone-based resin as a binder resin, and has a thickness of 5μm or more. This transparent resin film is characterized by being used for the purpose of filling up the difference in level between a transparent front plate and a decorative layer in a capacitive input device that comprises the transparent front plate, the decorative layer that is arranged on a part of one surface of the front plate, and an electrode pattern that is arranged on the side of the one surface of the front plate.
