<p>A mask (1) comprising a membrane (2) adapted to cover at least the nose and mouth of a user and means (6) for fixing the membrane (2) to the face of the user. The membrane (2) can be bellows-shaped, by means of a plurality of convex shapes (21) and concavities (22) that are alternated in succession on the membrane (2) and can be moved mutually closer for tidy compaction of the membrane (2) when the mask (1) is not kept applied on the face of the user by the fixing means (6).
