The plant (1) has a pump (10) arranged in a portion of a solar return line (9), which is extended between an exhaust opening (7) and the pump in conveyance direction. An expansion and pressure holder part (17) is attached to a bypass unit (15) such that a positioning device (16) is arranged in a control link in a passage position when an operating condition detection unit detects a stagnation operating mode. The expansion and pressure holder part is connected with a solar circuit when vaporizing liquid in a collector (2) by the bypass unit.
