The holder (1) has a flat base (11) that is arranged with a fastener opening (14), and a cable clamp (12) that is arranged at an outer edge (11'). Another outer edge (11'') faces away from the former edge, and another cable clamp is provided at the latter edge, where the set of cable clamps are open along its length. The former cable clamp and the latter cable clamp are provided with a set of longitudinal axes that is arranged relative to each other, where the set of longitudinal axes lie in a plane and is provided at an angle with regard to each other. An independent claim is also included for a mounting arrangement.
