The motor car (1) has a hybrid drive that is provided with an electric motor and an incineration drive. The electric motor is provided with a battery (3). The battery is arranged in a lower base region (6) between front wheels (7) and rear wheels (8) of the motor car. A vehicle transmission (2) is arranged with a rear axle (5) of the motor car led out of propeller shaft (4) and the battery below the propeller shaft. An exhaust system is led along a bottom portion of the motor car located at a downstream of the battery.
