PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage maintenance system and a power storage maintenance method capable of efficiently performing battery module replacement in accordance with the consumer's request.SOLUTION: The power storage maintenance system includes: a power storage including a replaceable first battery module; and a system including a server that holds a piece of feature information of a second battery module to be provided to the power storage. The power storage includes: a calculation unit; and a determination unit. The calculation unit performs an operation estimation including the battery module to be replaced and battery module not to be replaced by using a piece of feature information on the battery module to be replaced selected from the second battery module and a piece of feature information on the battery module not to be replaced in the first battery module. The determination unit determines the compliance of the battery module to be replaced based on the operation estimation.
